Each guest receives locally sourced organic ingredients. Cooking is part of the ritual - slow, grounding, and nourishing.

3-5 days of stillness and seclusion in a hand-picked UK location (revealed 24 hours before arrival). Every location is different, so each experience feels individually curated and truly your own.
Your electronics, (smart watch, phone, etc.) will be kept in a timer-locking box which will only open in the morning before you leave.
Your stay is fully all-inclusive, with every detail thoughtfully prepared for you.
Accommodation, nourishment, beverages, mindfulness tools, and other essentials are all provided.
In-person, 2-hour immersive experience - included, but optional.
Prompts for reflection, clarity, and self-awareness. Additional reflection notes around your stay. No strict schedules.
Ingredients & recipes are prepared for your arrival; you cook, unwind, and create your own meals using our personalised recipe cards. (Ready-meals available)
